WBC-A broadband serviceOur WBC-A service is a special entry level package for home users.
As a primarily business based ISP, our usage based tariffs are metered for download during the day (9am-6pm Mon-Fri) which is a time when many home users have little or no usage (e.g. at work). We do have a limit on off peak usage but this is much higher and unlikely for any home user to reach. We also include a night time period (2am-6am) which remained unmetered. Aimed at home users, this tariff has a 1GB/month peak download level. You can carry over some under usage to the next month or some over usage, all without affecting your bill. We email (and even text if you wish) when your usage is excessive so you can avoid an unexpected bill.
This is a special entry level tariff. It does not include a domain, email or web space. For fault repair you must have a new style master socket and be prepared to connect the router to the test point behind the face plate. The line is configured for maximum stability and interleaving to minimise the impact of any noise or interference.
