Telecoms support
Voice over IP works over IP, so you need to ensure your internet connection is working reliably in order to be able to make and receive calls via our VoIP services. If there is any issue with your internet service, please resolve these first.
You can test your service is working by calling the test number 17070. This reads back your login and number (usually the same thing). If you can call this then you have a connection to us. If you cannot call out to normal phone numbers, please contact support.
