Max-D broadband serviceOur Max-D Standard and Max-D Premium services are ideal for small business users.
We operate usage based tariffs, and Max-D is a tariff that includes 5GB of usage. The usage is only metered 9am-6pm Monday to Friday which.
The 5GB/month usage level is one where normal email and web access during the day for a small business is usually within the allowance. But, just in case you do use more one month we allow up to 10GB of over usage to be carried forward to the next month. Even if you go over 10GB we will simply contact you do discuss topup or a change to a more suitable tariff. If you carry over 20GB we will automatically charge you topup usage. However, we do email you for each 1GB of over usage so that you can keep on top of the situation, and there is no charge to change to a different usage tariff each month (change from next bill).
When you consider that the price includes free router, fixed IP address blocks, a UK domain with virus and spam filtering email mailboxes and web space, and a no-nonsense tech support team - we think Max-D is value for money. If you don't agree, then the no-minimum term, and no cost for migration to another provider means you can change your mind easily, and it is only £9.99 to migrate back to us again in the future.
