Order broadband
The normal install price is £59.99. If you are migrating from an existing provider (non LLU) then the price is only £9.99. You can also ask for a telephone line specially for your broadband line which makes the total install cost £176.32.
You are asked for line/address details and offered a choice of tariff when you go through the checkout.

Leaving us

You can terminate your broadband service with us at any time either by migrating to another provider or ceasing service.

Migrating away to another provider (issue of migration code)This requests the issue of a migration code which you can use to migrate away. Issue of the code does NOT stop the service - your new provider must use the code within 30 days - only then does service and billing stop.Ensure correct email address is on the control pages.FREE
