We operate a shopping basket system for ordering many of the goods and services as well as requesting changes. You can browse the web site to select items and add them to your shopping basket. When you are done you go to the checkout.
Broadband orders do not use the shopping basket system but have their own dedicated ordering page for ordering, ceasing and changing broadband services.
Note that you need to go through the checkout and confirm your order even if buying something that is free such as a request for migration code.
Legal note: We do confirm receipt of your order through the web site and email, but that does not yet mean we have accepted it or that we are bound to supply what you have ordered. We will let you know if there are any queries or issues, and we can decline your order if we wish.
