Andrews & Arnold Ltd have a number of GnuPG public keys which are used to sign emails we send to customers and suppliers as well as allowing encrypted email to be sent to us. These keys are compatible with PGP.
You can load these public keys from this web site. If you have doubts, then please call us to check the fingerprint. You only really need to confirm the main company signing key fingerprint (072F C63F 3707 3526 3C58 178A F08A 5E28 61FC FA93) as all other keys are signed with this. This is printed on company business cards as well.

Staff will sign emails with their own keys. You can send encrypted email to staff directly if you wish, but do allow for the fact that no other staff will be able to read the email, and this may delay any response and the general keys for sales, accounts and support may be more appropriate.
Staff keys are generally their name @ aaisp.net.uk, but you can check they are genuine by checking they have been signed, and not revoked, by the company signing key. You can obtain staff keys from common key servers.
The company officers keys are as follows: Adrian Kennard, Director Sandra Kennard, Co. Secretary.
We recommend you trust the company signing key. This is only used by the director and kept secure. It is only used for signing other keys. It is used to revoke the company signature only any keys for staff no longer with the company. Revokations are loaded to key servers. This means you should not need to set trust on individual staff members keys.
